Elon Ganor, M.D.
Co-founder, Chairman and CEO
Since 1981 Dr. Ganor has been involved mainly in international business activities creating companies involved in trade, biotechnology, and telecoms.
Dr. Ganor, a serial entrepreneur, was founder, chairman & CEO of VocalTec Communications Ltd., the world pioneer in VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol), founder & president of Virovahl SA, a biotech company that was first to develop peptide-based diagnostics for HIV (licensed to Pharmacia), and the driver behind ITXC – the world's first VOIP telephone exchange company.
Dr. Ganor has been cited as an industry leader by leading business publications such as Financial Times, Der Spiegel, and The Wall Street Journal. He has also appeared frequently on major television networks, and participated as a panelist at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
Dr. Ganor is a member of the board of governors of the Ben Gurion University in Beer Sheba, Israel, and is a member of the board of governors of MTA (Tel Aviv Academic college).
Dr. Ganor received his M.D. from the Tel-Aviv Medical School in 1975, and practiced medicine until 1981.
Dan Frumkin, Ph.D.

Dr. Frumkin specializes in applications based on detection and decoding of non-phenotypic information in DNA. He has co-authored several articles and is a co-inventor of a non-invasive method for determination of cell lineage based on analysis of somatic DNA mutations, which was developed at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
Dr. Frumkin received his Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science, an M.Sc. in Plant Genetics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, and a B.Sc. in Medical Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
Adam Wasserstrom, Ph.D.

Dr. Wasserstrom specializes in integration of computer science theory and tools in biological applications. He has co-authored several articles and is a co-inventor of a non-invasive method for determination of cell lineage based on analysis of somatic DNA mutations, which was developed at the Weizmann Institute of Science.
Dr. Wasserstrom received his Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science, an M.Sc. in Neuorbiology from the Weizmann Institute of Science, and a B.A. in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
Meirav Chovav, MBA, MS

A well-respected biotechnology research analyst, Ms. Chovav is renowned for her original coverage of large cap biotechnology companies such as AMGEN, Genentech and Biogen, in addition to many other leading life sciences companies. From 1993-2004, Ms. Chovav led coverage of the biotechnology/life science sector as a Wall Street equity research analyst, serving as a senior biotechnology analyst/Managing Director of the health care groups at UBS, Credit Suisse First Boston and Salomon Smith Barney (Citigroup). For ten consecutive years (1994-2003), until she left the equity research field, she was ranked on the Institutional Investor “All-America Research Team” in the biotechnology sector. Ms. Chovav has also been recognized by The Wall Street Journal as the best stock picker in the biotechnology sector in the “Best on the Street” survey and by Bloomberg.
Ms. Chovav holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MS in molecular biology from the University of Rochester.
